Privacy policy

What we store

• Your account ID, its expiry date and device limit, and an optional note our staff add when issuing it (for example, the customer's name).
• For each logged-in device: a random device name, the device's WireGuard public key, the private VPN address we assigned it, and when it last checked in with our servers.

What we do not store

• We do not log the websites you visit, DNS queries, or the content of your traffic.
• We do not log your real IP address against your account. Our API servers do not keep access logs.
• The apps do not contain advertising or third-party analytics.

Deleting your data

Logging out in the app deletes that device's record immediately. To delete your account and all its device records, email support@iactive.in.
