By using Active VPN you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Active VPN for anything illegal under the laws of India or of your own country, including spam, attacks on other networks, or distributing unlawful content. We may suspend accounts used this way.

Accounts

Each account is valid until its expiry date and for the number of devices it was issued with. Keep your account ID private: anyone who has it can log in.

Service

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current account period.
